Payment details, policies & conditions:

Deposits for bookings more than 30 days in advance

A 50% deposit is required within 3 working days to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund less a 20% service fee.  Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit all monies paid. 

Catastrophic Fire Warning Days

We do not accept liability to refund any moneys paid if you choose to cancel, interrupt or curtail your stay due to a Country Fire Service "catastrophic fire danger rating" in the region. We recommend that you seek travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

We also recommend you take out travel insurance to provide protection against loss due to illness, injury, death, loss of luggage and cancellation of travel.

Pets

There are boarding kennels nearby if you are travelling with your pets, as we do not allow pets at The Old Oak Bed & Breakfast.

Smoking

We ask that guests please not smoke anywhere on our property – however the main road is only 150 metres if you choose to walk there (please dispose of ash & butts responsibly by using a portable ashtray to prevent bushfires & littering).

Children

All of our B&B’s are suitable for one couple only. We do not have facilities for children or extra adults.
