Welcome to The Barn (a gorgeous bluestone building originally built in 1866, brought to life again 2009). True "Old World Charm" with modern facilities. The loft bedroom, luxurious 2 person corner spa & wood fire all add to the romantic character of The Barn.

The Barn is fully self contained, with everything to make your stay relaxing & memorable. Lay back in the reclining lounge to watch the large screen TV, listen to music, read a book or simply watch the fire. The dining area overlooks the balcony & willow lined creek (which is just divine in summer & autumn).
Enjoy a glass of wine in the evening on the verandah to watch the birds and sometimes the cattle coming down to the dam. The kitchen has full cooking facilities including a dishwasher! Imagine lying in the spa, sun shining through the leadlight window, aromatherapy bubbles & a glass of bubbly - what a way to relax! And of course there are soft fluffy robes for after your spa.
Breakfast Provisions –
we pride ourselves in offering the very best The Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer. It's regional produce at it's best - local smoked bacon, organic tomatoes, free range eggs, biodynamic milk & juice from the farm (when in season). Home-made bread, locally made jams & our guests rave over the rocky road. There's a coffee maker (with a timer for 1st thing in the morning), and loads of quality tea, coffee & hot chocolate.

All of our B&B’s are suitable for one couple only. We do not have facilities for children or extra adults.
There are boarding kennels nearby if you are travelling with your pets, as we do not allow pets at The Old Oak Bed & Breakfast.
We ask that guests please not smoke anywhere on our property – however the main road is only 150 metres if you choose to walk there (please dispose of ash & butts responsibly by using a portable ashtray to prevent bushfires & littering).
